01-99

Garsevan must deliver a barrel of wine, given to him by Brigadier General Sisak, to a certain Poghos, whom he doesn't recognize by face but knows his phone number: 01-99. However, on the way, unable to resist the temptation, Garsevan drinks from the barrel and collapses unconscious by the roadside. A passerby picks him up in their car, and in a semi-drunken state, Garsevan mutters: '01-99'. The driver thinks he was hit by a car and that this is the car's number, so he takes him to the hospital, from where he is directed to the traffic police.
